Collision Center Manager

Responsible for all aspects of Collision Center Management. Current sales average $350K / month. The successful candidate must be able to grow the shop by hiring technicians and reducing cycle times. Our shop has the physical capacity and immediate customer demand to produce over $500K in sales. We do not have a direct repair relationship with any insurance company. We are factory certified with all major OEM’s and our Repair Planners complete estimates utilizing manufacturer repair procedures. As a result, we do not compromise the quality and thoroughness of our repairs to meet KPI’s dictated by insurance companies.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct daily production meeting with repair planners and techniciansMonitor repair work flow to prevent operational delaysRecruit, interview and train body shop staffMaintain daily sales and production records as prescribed by upper managementReview and evaluate sales performanceStaff technical teams relative to production requirementsRemain current on new products and changes to existing productsMaintain department finances within parameters established by upper managementAdhere to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationAdminister payroll for Body Shop staff in cooperation with payroll department.Enforce OSHA requirements, procedures and regulationsConduct performance evaluationsParticipate in operational planningMaintain the facility and equipmentBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401K and Profit sharingPaid vacations and holidaysGreat environment and a drug free workplace
