Job Summary:The Beverage Supervisor – Supervise staff during events. Monitor bars & bartenders. Do audits & closeouts of bars throughout the event. Constantly circle and check on bars, barbacks, bartenders. Fill orders if we are backed up. Monitor beverage cage as needed.
Job Functions:
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Include but are not limited to:
Checking on staffing
Checking that bars are stocked
Making sure everyone is ready prior to doors opening
Audits during the event
Closeout at the end of the night
Final check that bars are locked and cleaned.
Qualifications:
Should be extremely organized and detail oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency
Passion for diversity, inclusion, and equity efforts
Good communication skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with and eagerness to learn
Must be able to maintain and abide by organizational confidentiality standards.
Ability to work under fluid deadlines and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a non-exempt position. Must be able to work flexible hours
