Our client has over 30 years as a tree and plant health care leader in the Charlotte market.
They are experienced with tree removal, pruning, limb cutting and providing clients with excellent service.
They want to hire a Business Developer who can sell their services to clients in the Lake Norman area.
This position will meet with clients, discuss service options, write estimates and coordinate the work to be completed.The company has a full fleet of equipment and multiple crews of experienced arborists.
The compensation is generous offering a base salary and commission structure which is paid out quarterly.
Their commissions are higher than what is common within the market and they are uncapped which provides strong earning potential.
Qualifications:ISA Certified Arborist3 years of either tree care or plant health care experience or horticultural experienceExcellent communication skillsValid driver’s licenseClean MVRAbility to work individually or with a teamMust love trees and plantsMust have grit and integrityResponsibilities:Educate clients on the needs of their trees and plantsEstimate job costs and provide quotes based on client needs within a defined territoryDevelop and update annual plant health care programsCreate and foster relations with new and existing clientsAttend green industry eventsMeet or exceed existing sales quotasProvide detailed crew briefings for sold jobsOngoing improvement in arboricultural knowledge by attending educational training
