This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to meaningful projects, and lead a team of dedicated professionals.Salary and Benefits:Competitive annual salary: $70,000 - $75,000Medical, dental, visionPaid holidays + PTO401(k) matchingChristian work environmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree OR 5 years experience in technical manufacturing environmentConstruction, steel fabrication, or project management experience (preferred)Basic math skills (discounts, proportions, percentages, etc.)Membership in a healthy local church and ability to articulate personal conversion and the gospelResponsibilities:Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase or bidDetermines needs for required purchases based on inventory levelsPrepares purchase orders or bid requests for items, materials, or services of a technical and specialized natureReviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authorityMaintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventoriesPerforms material take-offs from AutoCAD prints for production needsResolves purchase order and invoice differences with suppliers, as to wrong deliveries, payments, invoices, credits, payment terms, and duplicate billingsDiscusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective actionExpedites delivery of goods to users
