CENTRAL TITLE DIVISIONJob Description

The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory. You will develop and implement plans which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned. You will work with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company's vision and values.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintains relationships with existing client base in collaboration with escrow officers and management.Openness and willingness to lead and support associate sales efforts on all levels.Identifies and converts qualified prospects to new customers to augment client base.Lead Escrow offices and Escrow teams using consultative sales approach, bolstering business where/when needed.Participate in Regional/Divisional collaboration calls and efforts with intent to contribute and lead Associate Sales Executives and other Sales Executives when possible and appropriate.Using a consultative sales approach, analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of title products to fulfill such requirements.Prepares yearly business plans and/or other status reports as required by management.Work in alignment with sales management and the National Marketing team to contribute new marketing strategies when possible and appropriate.Present title and closing production procedures, administrative product information and demonstrations to clients.Obtains and records detailed client profiles useful in the delivery of services to the client.Knowledge And Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Communication And Interpersonal SkillsExcellent professional written, verbal, listening and communication skills.Must be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the company.Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, employees, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors. Lead by positive example.Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.Actively listens. Is mindful of how body language, gestures and nonverbal communications are perceived.Physical/Mental DemandsOvernight business travel by air and/or automobile may be required.Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.Ability to work with confidential information.Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.Sedentary work:

The majority of activity in this position involves sedentary work including sitting, standing, walking and the occasional need to lift or move objects.
