DescriptionPosition at Berkeley Research Group, LLCJob SummaryBRG is looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager responsible for developing, project managing, and executing marketing and communications initiatives for the firm’s US-based ‘Global Community’ and cross-firm/corporate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.Major Responsibilities/ Job FunctionsManagement, Project Management, and Strategy

Develops strategic marketing plans/programs/campaigns.Lead projects and campaigns from identification of project goals and objectives through completion, identify timeline(s), estimated budget, and implementation plan(s).Communicate with and coordinate team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress of project to ensure anticipated goals are met and satisfactory completion.Technology

Utilize and help refine team’s use of Marketing technology including CRM, project management tools, Microsoft suite including Teams, SharePoint, website content management systems, social media related tools, etc.Provide hands-on guidance and support with our mailing platform: Vuture and CRM platform: InterAction to marketing team and other internal stakeholders.Perform advanced/complex CRM searches based on criteria, segmentation, and list population.Assist with CRM data quality efforts.Ensure compliance with data protection laws.Digital Marketing

Ensure social media presence and effectiveness for key business areas and specific campaigns.Incorporate a strong digital marketing element to marketing campaigns and activity.Create and manage – in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – website content and pages for specific practices and campaigns as appropriate.Thought Leadership, Content Marketing & PR

Plan and execute thought leadership and other content-based campaigns across multiple channels.Help plan and deliver market positioning programs including advertising, customized materials and print and electronic communications.Events

Help manage/oversee events (online and offline), conferences, and sponsorships.Knowledge, Skills And BehaviorsRequired Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years B2B marketing experience, strong preference for this to be within professional services (at least some of it). 5 years is the absolute minimum for a very strong performer.Excellent project management skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to lead/participate in a cross-functional project team and/or lead or assist in the delivery of multiple projects.Skilled in effectively working with senior level management.Ability to think “big picture” and understand in a detailed and thorough manner the key trends and levers that drive the business.Experience with a CRM platform.Expertise in data analysis and reporting; ability to trend, interpret information, and communicate meaningful information effectively.Business analysis expertise and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills – written and verbal presentation; copywriting skills an advantage.Visual presentation/design including very strong PowerPoint skills.Preferred Skills And Qualifications
