Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. We are looking for a New Business Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and landing significant new business customers who require precision, high-quality injection molding services.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior management, R&D, and Engineering to identify and prioritize market segments to attackIdentify new customer opportunities through personal networking and trade showsLeverage company differentiators (i.e. rapid prototyping, collaborating in integrated molding and assembly capabilities) to develop strong customer relationsDevelop and maintain market and competitor databaseVet all opportunities and develop sales funnel for prioritizing leadsQualifications:
10+ years of selling injection molding services
Previous industry experience in aerospace and medical is preferred
Strong value selling abilityIndependent and self-starterA college education is preferredBenefits:
