The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies while building and nurturing a high-performing sales team. What will I do?
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets, analyzing results and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Manage the sales budget and expenses effectively.
Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM system for sales analysis and forecasting.
Position requirements:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Three to five years of previous experience in a manufacturing or distributing sales role is required.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record are required.
