Requirements for the Landscape Sales & Account Manager at Lucia Landscaping:

Minimum 3 years field experience in landscape maintenance services; requiredMinimum 3 years sales experience; requiredProven experience in sales, preferably within the landscaping or related industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques is advantageous.Valid Driver's License, in good standing, and clean driving record; requiredStrong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and communicate effectively; requiredResults-driven and goal-oriented mindset.Customer focused with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.Why join the Lucia Landscaping team as our next Landscape Sales & Account Manager?

Present and pitch landscape services to prospective clients, highlighting unique offerings and solutions.Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs and budget constraints.Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services.Proactively manage client property portfolio by identifying concerns and areas for improvement.Responsible for scheduling site walk-throughs to evaluate the property and provide quarterly analysis of property to the client.Our Values:
