Senior Technical Program Manager
for a financial client located in
Columbus, OH . This is a
full-time ,
onsite ,
8-month
contract opportunity. Compensation for this position is expected to be
$76/hr-$86/hr
depending on experience level and fit.This position will encompass two main functions: Data Quality Management and Metadata Management. Working on a team of 12, consisting of analysts, specialists, and developers supporting both functions, the PM would coordinate work across teams; ensuring milestones are met, managing risk and issues, and coordinating dependencies within the business or other teams.What You’ll Do:Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal.Plans and implements schedules and monitors the program from inception through delivery.Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.Identifies and monitors areas of risk.Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.Builds and manages budgets.Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices impacting component projects or the overall program.What You’ll Need:3+ years of PM experience.Prior experience with facilitation, organization, stakeholder management, reporting, change management, conflict resolution.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Data Quality teams and capabilities.
