Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our Fort Worth-Dallas team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a dynamic, energetic, and strong team player supporting the recruitment opportunities within the organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is responsible for lending their expertise in the recruitment of various technical roles as well as developing a pipeline for various business units.
What will do you as the Talent Acquisition Specialist?
Full cycle in-house recruitment program of various technical positions to support the growth of the company
Design job ads and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements accurately
Build an applicant pool for required and planned roles by partnering with the business, participating in career events, and building strong relationships with recruiters
Provide recommendations to hiring managers on ideal candidates throughout screening process
Determine new ways of attracting applicants by conducting research and consulting previous Talent Acquisition knowledge
Partner with hiring managers to assess and recommend staffing needs on an ongoing basis in order to maintain an accurate pipeline
Act as a liaison between the candidate and the company throughout the recruiting process as a way of building long-term relationships
Evaluate department/position needs in order to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

Do you have the Spark? Here's what we're looking for:
2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high volume setting
Experience in construction/energy/renewables would be considered an asset
Experience recruiting for technical trade positions would be preferred
Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, or related
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
