Job Description

The Legal Operations Vice President will be joining our dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented group that operates as a central hub within RockCreek. Using project management and technical knowledge, and technology, you will ensure the efficient execution of deliverables and prepare the needed plans, schedules and documentation and communicate to stakeholders within RockCreek and externally. You will play a key role in successfully implementing and executing investments from idea to execution for our global portfolios that hold a wide range of asset types including private equity, venture capital, impact investments and alternative investments. Key Responsibilities include: Using technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness Document preparation and review, extraction of data in multiple formats and document management for a wide variety of document types Creating and maintaining matrices for transaction tracking and status updating The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with an interest in investment management documentation and organization that works well in a multi-task driven, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of legal/documentation execution experience in an investment management/legal environment. Or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. JD a plus Comfort with using many forms of technology; proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Teams, SharePoint; Excel; as well as AWS, project management tools such as Asana and Slack. Experience with Canva is a plus Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to respond quickly Self-motivated; able to take initiative with minimal assistance or supervision and manage time efficiently. Agility to effectively operate under tight turnarounds with a focus on quality and consistent execution with attention to detail Additional Information
