You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming product specific data into a variety of reporting formats to support key goals and objective that drive ARR Net Retention and Expansion. In this role, you will work closely with teams in the Customer Success Organization, Product Management and Finance to understand the product market, value proposition, and key operational and financial metrics and drivers. Additionally, you will conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, documentation, and design, and provide process improvement opportunities that drive timely and accurate analytic reporting.We Offer You:An Inspiring Culture. Competitive and transparent pay practices, wellbeing programs and benefits with choiceWhat You Will Do:Analyze, interpret and transform product related data to identify key themes, trend, risks and opportunitiesCreate, maintain, and continually enhance standard reports and dashboards for a variety of stakeholder audiencesPerform ad-hoc reporting as needed by the business (often with need for quick turn-around)Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of reports and deliver on-time per standard operating proceduresManage and organize the report libraryProactively manage, develop and streamline reporting processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality for specific requests, monthly/quarterly reporting and ad-hoc reporting needsCreate and maintain performance metrics dashboards and reports across the Customer Success and Product Management organizations and for presentation at all levels of the organizationCreate, maintain and enhance data visualization components in NAVEX’s CRM to easily interpret data (dashboards, scorecards)Employ analytical techniques to estimate and model the relationships between specific data points and key metricsPerform root cause analysis recommendations to correct data defectsManage team Git repositoryDrive efficiencies through new tooling and methodology enhancementsWhat You Will Need:A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience3+ years’ experience in a data analytics roleCritical thinking and an affinity for problem solving with high attention to detailExperience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insightsAbility to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reportingKnowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools; MS Excel, Salesforce, Python, R, and SQL database preferredAbility to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlinesUnderstanding of relational databasesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum.Pay progression is based on performance.Our pay programs are just one element of our commitment to Be the ONE place you want to thrive in life.
