Create innovative advancements of our product platform and collaborate with our awesome agile team membersPromote opportunities for refactoring and identify areas of optimizationResearch and leverage commercial products, libraries, and tools that can be used to solve problemsProvide technical mentorship to our newest engineersParticipate in design sessions with other engineers, architects, and product managersUse automation, including continuous integration, automated deployments, and automated unit and functional testingProvide constructive and honest feedback during sprint retrospectives with a team mindsetWhat You Will Need
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent prior work-related experience7+ years full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based systemKnowledge of or willingness to adapt to our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Nunit/Xunit (Unit Tests), Playwright, HTML5, CSS3, C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL (MSSQL), AngularExperience with AWS Services (S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2) preferredExperience with Azure Services for PowerBi preferredExperience with C++/Com is a bonusExposure to design principles such as: SOLID/DRY design, Object-oriented design patterns, N-Tier software architecture, threading and synchronization, relational database design, etc.A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and growAbility to work well in a remote team environment and focus on team specific goals and objectivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to participate effectively with a team and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay for this role is $125,000 per annum with 5% MBO.Pay progression is based on performance.Our pay programs are just one element of our commitment to
