Structure a communications program that leverages multiple channels and techniques to reach broad audiences from individual contributors to executives.Amplify insights and learnings about the retail partner experience across a diverse stakeholder community.Synthesize messaging and storytelling to influence strategic priorities of vast partner portfolio goals and objectives.Understand the Partner Experience portfolio structure, goals, and objectives in order to support planning and alignment activities across multiple teams.Be accountable for all stakeholder engagement activities and internal communication delivery, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged on top priorities within the Partner Experience Portfolio.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for deeper partnership, ways of working, and collaboration.Autonomously and appropriately apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet project and cross-program goals.Function effectively in a highly ambiguous environment with the flexibility to change course as required to respond to new situations.Oversee internal rhythm of the business activities including but not limited to monthly meetings, status reports, and goal alignment.Lead other Project Managers.We’d Love To Hear From People With
