This role will support creating the strategy, framework, and management of complex projects for the unique segments of the LS business.As a Senior Project Manager, you will…

Support the LS business in thought partnership, providing broad perspectives and big picture analysis across LS and the Enterprise.Create and communicate process and outcomes, building structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.Develop and manage LS projects, collaborating autonomously and appropriately applying knowledge, process, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to measure results and meet project goals.Build relationships across the business and enterprise to collaborate and influence the outcomes of complex programs, delivering integrated project approaches.Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team, moving the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.We’d love to hear from people with:

5+ years of project management experience, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications.5 years managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.5 years building and mentoring teams.2 years mentoring other project managers in program and project management.5 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.Proficiency in the Starbucks licensed stores ecosystem is preferred.From free coffee to competitive pay, Starbucks is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners.
