The Enterprise Data team is a Global team that is currently responsible for the areas of Customer, Vendor (Supplier), and Material (Item).Position Overview:In IT, Enterprise Data Analyst will work closely with business partners and external vendors to ensure data integrity while maintaining global processes. Analysts use error detection audit reports, analytical methodologies and/or tools to identify where there are data quality opportunities and aid in resolving issues. Along with this, the Analyst will work with management on projects to define and recommend data strategy, controls, and operating procedures to ensure data accuracy. Serve as a liaison between the business and IT to understand business requirements and strategize with the IT technical team for systematic solutions and further automationDuties and ResponsibilitiesData Entry and modifications related to Customers, Vendors, and Items.Analyze data for accuracy.Regularly monitor and evaluate data that could affect analytical results.Participate in development and implementation of data procedures.Ensure coverage for business partners globally.Participate in problem solving and provide resolution related to data quality.Education / ExperienceAssociate’s degree or higher in information technology or related field or equivalent work experience1-3 years in information technology or related fieldExperiencePrevious knowledge of SAP/JDE. Enterprise Data experience a plusUnderstanding of Enterprise Data flows.Experience in data quality improvements, error detection and resolution.Problem solving experience.Process Improvement experience. Identifies areas for data quality improvements.System monitoring and user management related activities.Experience in cross functional projectsKnowledge and SkillsEffective technical skills using Microsoft Office suite, Agile, Micro Strategy, Insight, Excel, and other tools to gather, measure, organize and analyze data Analytical mindset and problem solver.Excellent Interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills, able to efficiently prioritize work.Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels, functions, and regions within Revlon and with vendors.Strong written and oral communication skills to work with business partners and vendors.
