As a BI Analyst and Consultant for our Retail SaaS Platform, you will be crucial in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making for our retail clients. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our client's retail operations.Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:Conduct a thorough analysis of retail data sets, identifying trends, patterns,and key performance indicators (KPIs).Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provideactionable insights for clients.2. Retail Domain Expertise :Utilize your extensive retail industry knowledge to interpret data in thecontext of retail operations, customer behavior, and market trends.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, andcompetitive landscape to advise clients effectively.3. Client Consultation:Collaborate with retail clients to understand their specific business goalsand challenges.Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, providingconsultation on BI strategies and tools.4. SaaS Platform Optimization:Work closely with the development team to enhance the Retail SaaSplatform based on client feedback and evolving industry needs.Provide insights into feature development and improvements to ensurethe platform aligns with retail industry demands.5. Performance Metrics and Monitoring :Define and monitor key metrics related to retail performance, ensuringclients have access to real-time, accurate, and relevant data.Implement proactive measures to address potential issues and enhanceoverall platform performance.6.
