Job Title- UX Profesional Duration:06 Months Location: Remote

Description: Sr. UX DESIGNER - PLATFORMS ******* is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to define and refine the user experience for our platform technologies and content managed experiences. This could mean anything from creating a re-usable microjourney that enables a potential customer to verify their identity to creating a template driven content experiences that allows for nimble updates as strategy evolves. As a key member of the UX design team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple partners to develop innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance our customers' and internal content managers' experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, content developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create impactful solutions Participate in the product strategy process including planning, brainstorming, and roadmapping by providing Design and UX input in ideation and decision-making forums Facilitate workshops across stakeholders to identify problems to solve, develop hypotheses, and generate solution ideas Conceptualize and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts Cogently and passionately present design concepts to partners and stakeholders to build understanding and alignment Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively refine designs Work closely with our technology partners to implement designs and ensure alignment with design specifications and User Centered design best practices and methodologies Be an advocate for Human-Centered Design principles, unafraid to ask questions and ready to take risks that deliver value for users Give and solicit feedback from other designers and partners through regular reviews, critique, and workshops REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing building web and mobile experiences Strong portfolio demonstrating an outcome-focused, innovative design process Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc. Working knowledge of front-end concepts for dialog with engineering partners Proven track record of working in Agile environments, delivering high-quality designs within sprint timelines Experience with generative research and creating solutions supported by strategic insights Experience with evaluative testing methodologies and UserTesting or similar tools to conduct tests Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams Experience building inclusive, accessible experiences and WCAG 2.2 guidelines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in the financial industry, especially lending Previous experience working on shared services, especially identity access and management capabilities and cms-driven content Strong team player with exceptional empathy and a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently

Skill/Experience/Education:
