System Analyst - EpicCare

POSITION SUMMARY: The System Analyst provides analytical, technical, and implementation support of our world class Epic EHR with a primary focus on our Ambulatory applications. System analysts are responsible for implementing system upgrades, building requested enhancements to the system and any related third-party applications, testing, maintenance, as well as having a working knowledge of Cogito's reporting capabilities, plus assisting with resolution of end-user issues. The individual hired will need to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire. QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of an EHR and clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clinical staff, IT staff, administrators and other stakeholders Strong people skills Skilled collaborator Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Current Epic certification or the ability to successfully complete and maintain certification Bachelor's degree in nursing, computer science, mathematics, health informatics, public health, any natural science or related discipline or relevant healthcare experience WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Other details Pay Type Hourly Apply Now
