As a
Senior Software Consultant
for our ETRM Team, you will come in as a product manager to conduct demos for our clients, facilitate user training, and improve the quality of our products for our customers. You will act as a liaison for PCI connecting with our clients, building relationships, and updating our customers on our PCI products. More importantly, you will have the expertise and knowledge to take our software to the next level and make our customers more successful.
Duties:
•Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs and requirements. Translate their existing business processes and workflows and how those would be best captured within PCI and capture them in functional specifications.
•Solution Design: Support in the functional design of custom solutions for customer workflows that do not align with out of the box functionality and product roadmap.
•System Implementation: Participate in the functional implementation of the ETRM Fuels solution. Project BAs should be able configure the system to meet client requirements utilizing best practices within the application. Senior BAs should be able to configure the system with minimal support from Principal BAs.
•Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the development and execution of Site Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing to verify the functionality and performance of the ETRM Fuels software solution. Identify and help resolve any defects or issues discovered during testing.
•User Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on how to effectively use the ETRM Fuels application.Perform other related services as requiredRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field2-5 years of experience working with Enterprise SoftwareExperience with Java, SQL, or any object-oriented programming languages (preferred)Experience in Utilities (preferred)Experience working with Business Intelligence/Analytic systems (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to Identify problems, compare data from sources to draw conclusions, and make a timely, sound decisionMust be able to perform under pressureAbility to work effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problemsMust be committed to customer service and demonstrate appropriate attention to customer needs and requirements when making decisions and taking actionBenefits:
