Requirements:

Fluent in EnglishExcellent customer service skillsExcellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksResponsibilities:

Greet and check in clients in a friendly and welcoming mannerManage and charge appointments and transactionsAnswer phones and relay appropriate messagesFollow opening and closing proceduresMaintain cleanliness of the immediate Front Desk areaFold towels, wraps and boxing gloves management and organizationAssist with set up and break down of group fitness classesProperly clock in/outWork quick, be efficient and complete daily checklists as well as handle immediate tasks that may ariseBe on time and reliable
