Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Salary range:$16.50 - $27.00 per hour
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and professional front office atmosphere.Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Benefits
