We are seeking an experienced, adaptable Senior Recruiter to oversee various searches across APAC and based on business demands pivot to support other regions such as EMEA. As a Senior Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to successfully bring searches to fruition, all while delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

A Typical Day:

• • Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of  candidates from entry to senior level.
  • Conduct market research and mapping to identify top talent that aligns with Airbnb's current and future needs.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
  • Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, consider diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates.
  • Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
  • Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
  • Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams such as Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, and Legal.
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely and impactful communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and hiring managers, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.

Your Expertise:

• • 10+ years of recruiting experience, particularly recruiting senior level hires across APAC and EMEA. Ideally, a mix of agency and in-house roles.
  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders.
  • Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Keen ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices based on historical insight and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
  • Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
  • Excitement to balance autonomous, proactive efforts with collaborative, team-minded workstreams.
  • Experience in solving complex hiring challenges independently.
  • Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude. Receives feedback well and looks to constantly improve and grow.
