You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology resources, supporting the dealership's operations and strategic objectives. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance our business processes and customer experience.Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the dealership's business goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and drive revenue growth.Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the dealership's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems.Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of IT systems and services, implementing measures to prevent and mitigate downtime and data breaches.Monitor system performance and capacity, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively to minimize disruptions to dealership operations.Application Support and Development:

Manage the selection, deployment, and support of software applications and solutions used throughout the dealership, including dealership management systems (DMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and business intelligence tools.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities, providing guidance and support to optimize the use of technology in achieving their objectives.Coordinate with software vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and integrate new applications into existing systems.Security and Compliance:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive information security program to protect dealership data and systems from internal and external threats.Implement security controls and measures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as PCI DSS and GDPR.Conduct regular security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation actions to mitigate risks.Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring that the IT team has the skills and expertise needed to support the dealership's technology needs now and in the future.Foster collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, building strong relationships with other departments to align IT initiatives with business priorities.Join our team and lead our dealership's IT initiatives to new heights of innovation and excellence!
