Our Client is looking for a Junior Project Manager
Project Manager JD:
Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 4
years' relevant experience, preferably in a business analysis / project / program management functionStrong analytical and business analysis experience, including process analysisProject management skills including project scope definition; project issues, challenges, risks definition; status reporting; User Acceptance Test executionA proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects. Has delivered results in a cross functional team setting, on time and to budgetFamiliarity with non-Scrum Flavors of Agile (Kanban, Lean, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholdersStrategic thinker able to identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing processes, systems and teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry would be an advantage, as is related experience in technology strategy or in a client service or business function and / or management consultingDemonstrate understanding of Financial Services & Operations processes and proceduresHands-on Agile program leadership experienceExperience developing products using customer and design-centric practicesExperience on tools like JIRA and JIRA Portfolio or similar applicationsKnowledge of OKR frameworks and roadmaps, as well as other governance and project planning tooling
