We are looking for a Manager, Technical Project Management (TPM) to lead our Technical Project Management team, reporting to the senior director of Engineering. This role can be done remotely based out of Austin or Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will drive and support Engineering projects, proactively engage team members in tracking and reporting progress, conduct risk analyses, and work with Engineering leadership to ensure the successful delivery of product features. You will also be responsible for managing the team and using your technical ability to seamlessly integrate Product Management and Engineering objectives. This is an essential position in the Engineering organization with senior-level visibility, and you will work with experts in next-generation technology and help drive projects to achieve departmental and corporate goals.

Plan and drive the overall Engineering release lifecycle using Agile best practicesManage a team of mostly senior-level technical project managersEmpower cross-functional and cross-organizational project teams to maximize efficiency and effectivenessDrive project progress by highlighting the accomplishments, risks, mitigation, and other pertinent key performance indicators that feed into Infoblox’s overarching business strategyFacilitate continuous improvement by participating in the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)Drive productivity metrics, allowing management to track the efficiency and overall output of the teamsManage productivity systems, such as Jira and Targetprocess, to provide transparency on Solution and Portfolio backlogsWhat you’ll bring:

3+ years of managing technical project managers or equivalent process leaders5+ years of industry experience in a technical role within an R&D or engineering environment3+ years of experience driving technology projectsWorking knowledge of Jira, Targetprocess, and Microsoft Office is preferredExperience working with teams in a cloud/SaaS ecosystem in a fast-paced, global team structureSolid business analysis or financial modeling skills to run the analysis for various projectsExcellent understanding of product and software development principlesAbility to build, lead, and motivate a group of teams and resolve mitigating team conflictOutstanding problem-solving and analysis skills combined with impeccable business judgmentBachelor’s degree required, SAFe, ITIL and/or PMP certifications preferredWhat success looks like:
