The Mission Software Capture Senior Manager position at Client will serve as a Capture lead within Client's business development organization within Government Services focused specifically on Civilian Agency Mission Software programs. The Capture Manager will be responsible for winning new business by engaging with customers and following the Client Capture Processes. The Capture Leader will drive large, prime single award opportunities and top pursuits ranging from $50M to $1 billion.

Responsibilities:Capture ownership of assigned opportunitiesResponsible for the management and execution of the full Client life-cycle process across pursuits and proposalsTake on assignment of 2-3 large ($200M ) solicitation pursuits at various stages of the capture lifecycle primarily in the mission software arenaConceptualize a winning strategy, develop a capture plan that implements the strategy, build win themes, value propositions, and scoreable strengths, adjust the strategy as the procurement unfolds, and drive the capture activities to achieve the strategy through final proposal submissionPlan, lead, execute capture activities to include:o Develop a healthy pipeline of new opportunitieso Qualify and assess the

of new opportunitieso Develop a customer engagement plan for securing knowledge and understanding of the customer's requirements, challenges, issues, and needs during the capture phase and lead solutioning/planning sessions with the capture teamo Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choiceso Lead milestone/gate reviews, black hat sessions, solution sessions, blue teams, and support proposal reviewso Supervise and/or mentor other capture managers, as appropriateo Lead competitive assessments, teaming, and pricing strategyo Lead the development and submission of white papers, RFI responses, and other proposal artifacts as assignedo Apply Client capture management best practices to each pursuit, including creating and disseminating capture artifacts call reports, B&P budgets, win plans, solution documentation, key strengths statementso Brief capture status to senior management at specified milestones in the capture processo Create winning solutionso Win large new business programs

Basic QualificationsDemonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders and to provide leadership within the workplaceWorking knowledge and experience with mission software-based organizationsAn ability to win new business and drive profitable financial outcomes on each capture with demonstrated understanding of corporate indirect rates and LOE/BOE developmentProven success in the following discipline(s): Business development, capture management, mission software, acquisition processes, opportunity identification and qualificationDemonstrated leadership skills in services-centric organizations to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitionsProven track record of winning new business single award contracts in mission software of at least $200M.Bachelor's degreeEquivalent related work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Minimum 15 years of experience with demonstrated success in business development and capture of contracts valued greater than $200M
