Responsibilities
Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership to the healthcare design team, setting high standards for creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept development to construction administration.
Client Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
Business Development:
Play a key role in business development efforts, identifying opportunities, participating in proposal creation, and contributing to the growth of the healthcare design portfolio.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, seamlessly integrating healthcare design into the broader architectural practice.
Industry Trends Integration:
Stay abreast of healthcare design trends, regulations, and innovations, integrating the latest insights into projects.
Client Management:
Manage clients, including project organization and successful start-up.

Develop client and practice strategies, market positioning, and leadership within a design practice focused on healthcare projects.

Qualifications
Diverse Expertise:
Seasoned professional with over 15 years of architectural excellence across a broad spectrum of health and wellness projects.
Proven Project Leadership:
Demonstrated success as a Project/Design Manager and Architect, showcasing a deep understanding of health and wellness project intricacies.
OSHPD/HCAI Mastery:
Established track record of navigating the complexities of OSHPD at both local and state levels, with particular expertise in HCAI / OSHPD I and III facilities.
Versatile Project Portfolio:
Extensive background in designing and constructing an array of healthcare facilities, including medical centers, clinics, hospitals, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, and more.
Strategic Client Development:
Over 5 years of experience in architecture and design firms, contributing to client development, and managing studios or practice groups, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
Client Relationship Management:
Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, enhancing the firm's competitive advantage and market positioning.
Leadership Excellence:
Adept at leadership and management, fostering collaborative relationships that drive successful outcomes, both within the firm and externally with clients and consultants.
Educational Background:
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
