The

IT Support Specialist

is a tech-savvy individual who is responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and supporting end-user devices and applications.

Must demonstrate and model Sachse Constructions core values.Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, A/V equipment and peripheral equipment including cell phones and air cardsSet up equipment for employee use, performing and ensuring proper installation of operating systems and appropriate softwareResponsible for procuring, installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining end user devicesSupport a wide range of remote users across the United StatesTroubleshoot user computer problems whether hardware, software or user errorMinimal travel to offsite locations as requiredQualifications:

Technology related degree or Industry Certificates (Dell, Microsoft, Cisco)Minimum of 1 year in an IT Helpdesk environment providing phone and desk side assistanceIn office attendance required
