Opportunity:

Exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager role in Dundalk, Ireland.

Join a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic capital investments of a leading biologics site.

Work collaboratively with local and global teams to support the Capex program for biologics manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of capital projects from inception to closeout, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and capacity forecasts.

Oversee site and global project execution resources, including staff and contractors.

Maintain the long-range capital plan and provide functional expertise for CDMO programs.

Develop and optimize capital project management processes in accordance with industry best practices and regulations.

Establish and document site project procedural standards and controls for governance.

Ensure project scopes are executed compliantly with quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Support the establishment of the site’s project program through structured stage gates and business reviews.

Drive high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform all duties in accordance with GMP requirements and SOPs.

Act as a role model for adherence to corporate values and culture.

Requirements:

Proven track record in managing project portfolios within operational GMP facilities.

Ability to negotiate project challenges and deliver successful outcomes with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical facilities preferred, with knowledge of sterile/biotech equipment.

Strong experience in managing engineering project teams and lifecycles, including support for GMP manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulatory requirements for GMP facilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; postgraduate qualification in relevant areas advantageous.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Flexible, autonomous, and structured approach to work with a positive attitude.

Demonstrated ethics in adherence to company procedures, policies, and regulatory standards.
