Last Energy seeks a highly skilled project manager or engineering professional to strategically organize and expedite our international and cross-functional Licensing team's activities. The primary focus of this position is to help drive the progress of international micro-nuclear power projects by facilitating safety case development and other licensing efforts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Project manage a cross-functional team of 5-10 experts, overseeing the efficient delivery of documentation on an expedited schedule Track technical communication deliverables tailored for stringent global licensing authorities Act as the main point of contact for external analysis resources, managing budgets and schedules for independent 3rd party verification firms Continuously advocate for clear and effective communication within internal teams, fostering a culture of simplicity and alignment Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, process safety, hazard analysis, or a relevant field Strong leadership and project management experience, successfully leading cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies is strongly preferred Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous Comfortable adapting communication style to diverse global audiences Prior experience in the energy sector or other highly regulated industries is a big plus Nuclear industry exposure is not required
