The responsibilities for the Director of Quality and Risk Management will be the following:
Design, implement and monitor the Quality/Safety Patient plan and ensure goals are met continuously.
Experience and skill in handling multiple conflicting assignments, demands, and priorities with attention to details. Additionally, experience and skill in developing ideas and solutions in response to clinical issues and barriers.
Work closely with the rest of the Hospital's Leadership team in ensuring that the Joint Commission standards and the State regulations are met regarding the quality of patient care and assist with the Life/Safety standards for the Hospital too.
Chair and monitor all Key Performance Indicates including Patient Satisfaction and Therapeutic Outcomes and aligning them with the Hospital's KPI.
Review and investigate all incident reports. Work closely with the Vice President of Compliance for the corporation.
Collaboratively design and monitor all action plans as needed.
Willingness to focus on employee development through exposure, experiences, and feedback
Works collaboratively with senior leadership, hospital leaders, physicians, and staff to reduce risk and promote quality patient care and safety.
Qualified candidates for the Director of Quality and Risk Management should have the following:
Minimum of two to five years of clinical experience in treatment services to children, adolescents, and families in acute, residential, and outpatient settings.
Must have a bachelor's degree.
If in Nursing, must be licensed in the State of Arkansas or with a qualified compact license; licensure is expected in the area of expertise
Knowledgeable about Joint Commission, State and Federal guidelines pertaining to inpatient residential treatment programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
