Human Resources Coordinator

is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department, which includes applicant and new hire administration, recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, responding to correspondence, and other HR related duties. The Human Resources Coordinator may assist in organizing employee activities and provide coordination of employee and staff development in-service training. RequirementsAssociates degree required, Bachelors degree strongly preferred2 years prior related experience requiredExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skillsMust be detail oriented and able to multi-task and change direction quicklyRequires advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
