Selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse and store's on-site activities including, managing receipts, stocking and shipping of products, staging and delivering customer orders, and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors. *Come work for an **industry leader** that has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the **Top Places to Work**!* **Responsibilities:*** Staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies - HVAC.* Stock the parts store with an appropriate amount of merchandise.* Assist with inventory control and entering inventory into the software system.* Delivers parts, supplies, equipment, and other HVAC related products to customer locations or job sites, as needed.* File M/S's, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.* File freight claims for damaged goods.* Manage receipt, inspecting, and stocking products.* Determine inventory levels; identify and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory and maintaining system inventory accuracy.* Other duties may be assigned.**Skills Required:*** Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.* Must complete an MVR.* Must have good interpersonal and phone skills to communicate and assist inside sales personnel and customers.* Load and unload trucks.* Pull and put away equipment on pallets or boxes using a forklift.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.* Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.**Education and/or Experience Required:*** High School Diploma or equivalent.* 3 - 5 years of proven forklift experience.* 1+ years of experience driving a 20' box truck with liftgate.We offer a well-rounded benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, 10 paid holidays, 401K, life insurance, and short and long-term disability.Location (city, state or zip code) You must select a location.
