Build Team and Manage as per the need of the business operation flow.Carrier Relationship and Efficient Booking process Management.Self Resilient with all Web Tools and interactive systems created by Ocean Industry for Shipping Management and efficient Operations.Interactive Milestone update in Operational System.Operational KPI/SOP to be maintained day to day basis and 100% meeting the TAT criteria, and raise the Exceptions as per defined process.Continuous Interaction with Customer, Customers Partners and Internal & External stake holders of the business for smooth operational flow align all the stake holders to meet TAT criteria.On time and efficient, correct Cost flow to the system reduce the variance probabilities 100%Regular Estimation to Finance Management on Cash Flow requirement of the business.100% compliance and efficient management of Document Flow Bill of Lading, Pre AlertsExemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements* Complete Ocean Product Knowledge* Thorough in Carrier System Process and Interactive Bridge systems for shipment processing.* Tech Know How and Ocean Web Tools* 100% compliance Oriented* Data Savy and bring interactive Milestone System.* Better Cost and Finance Management* Best Knowledge of Ocean Documentation* Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.* Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.Please visit our website: *** This is a great opportunity to advance your career!
