The Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) is seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Administrator to support our existing org, drive process improvements, and help our teams take full advantage of Salesforce's capabilities. This critical role within the organization better enables the success of our client-facing teams and supports our mission of improving the economic well-being and quality of life of all North Carolinians.
Manage the organization's Salesforce CRM systems to include system maintenance and enhancements, data reporting, and employee training. Plan and oversee Salesforce projects to improve organizational performance and efficiency. Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the organization to the best solutions. Provide guidance and training to other employees who manage products/platforms within the larger Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements
•Local candidates preferred
•Administration of organization's Salesforce CRM, including user and account maintenance, system configuration (i.e. workflows, process builder, page layouts, field additions, custom objects, permissions, etc.), management of various marketing and support applications (i.e. Pardot, Marketing Cloud), and training and documentation development.
•Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure that Salesforce is working effectively to meet their business needs.
•Create reports and dashboards in response to business needs; analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
•Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
•Develop, maintain, and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications. Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the revenue operations pillar.
•Lead Salesforce-based projects and project teams from start to completion.
•Own the business requirements, scope and prioritization, documentation, testing, implementation and project management of projects. Effectively communicate with the business unit(s) throughout each project.
•Work collaboratively with organization's leadership to develop Salesforce and technology systems roadmap.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, business technology, computer science or related field
•Experience with data imports and migration.
•Experience with managing lightning pages and lighting experience.
•Experience with sandbox and/or package management for managing change-set deployments.
•Familiarity with Visual and Apex, Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud, Zapier, Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools preferred.
•Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com administration and/or development.
•Salesforce Administrator certification required. Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications a plus.
•Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows (building, troubleshooting, flow trigger sequencing).
