Job Description:

Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects associated with driving scalability in Business Applications. Projects may span across a broad range from ideation, evaluation to implementation of new software systems, scale up for product launches, integration of acquisitions, system upgrades.

Primary Function of Position:

Intuitive is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to provide program management and leadership for multi- functional product development teams in the Business Applications and Operations Portfolio.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop a complete plan of record and lead the team to implement the plan, responsible for meeting the project dates, ensure effective testing and implementation.

Would require ensuring Validation Processes and Procedures are adhered and coordinate work instructions update to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gain cross-functional alignment for successful project execution. Cross-functional teams include Engineering, IT, Testing, Project Quality, Operations, Security, Applications, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Compliance, Field Service, Customer Service, and other Business Units.Manage activities and tasks related to new vendor evaluation, communication and coordination with internal team and vendors for Product Demos, Security Assessment, MSA, SOW and POC activities as needed.Partner with business PM and leverage Organization Change Management - stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training material and end user training, solution adoption.Organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings.Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk in successful execution of projects.Create, manage project plan and supporting tools to monitor timely tracking and status reporting to project team and executive leadership.Manage project scope, resource constraints adhering to Project Management methodology and IT change control.Work with project owners to ensure business needs are metWork with the project team and key stake holders facilitating meetings, assisting in tasks, etc.Act as Test/Validation Lead, Training Lead, Cutover Lead, OCM lead and Project Coordinator except where the size of the project justifies a separate resource for one or more of these roles.Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet and Box as an end user/basic administrator and general collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom)Preferred familiarity with Jira, Microfocus ALM, Anaplan, Tableau applicationsStrong communication and presentation skillsProven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment.Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Engineering and Manufacturing OperationsMedical device experience is a plus.Certification in project management (PMP) desiredBS or equivalent work experiencePlease note that this is a contract role providing services to Intuitive through our direct sourcing partner, Raise who manages Intuitive's Contractor Talent Community.
