Statement of Work (SOW): The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: •Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person or through remote access. •Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. •Training computer users. Skill set info Requirements: The selected Contractor will provide at least one candidate with 3 - 5 years of information technology experience related to the duties of the position. ll candidates submitted must have a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalency. All proposed candidates must possess the following qualifications: •3-5 years IT experience •Prior PC build experience •Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment •Well versed in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) •Familiar with PC Windows OS prior to and including Windows 10 •Desktop Support Skills •Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills •Customer service and strong communication skills •Able to work independently as well as with a team •IT Certification is a plus •Able to lift up to 50+ pounds of technical equipment Education Certifications (if required) Documentation Required for submission The Contractor shall only submit candidates of resumes with relevant work experience. The resume shall include prior work history, education, and related knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Contractor shall make candidates it proposes for this task available for phone screens and/or remote interviews by the Court. Contract staff assigned for this task must sign a confidentiality agreement and pass the Court's background check prior to starting work. Vendor will prepare a letter indicating the following for each staff member provided: name, date of birth, and social security number authorizing the Court to perform a fingerprint/background investigation. Contract staff is also required to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status either through written attestation or submission of their vaccination card, whichever is preferred.
