This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees on the second shift. The 2nd Shift CNC lead is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed promptly and within all quality parameters. As the 2nd shift lead, you'll provide information to the team, act as a resource, assist with training, and may be asked to participate in the hiring process.
