In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.Working with a close knit team , this role will contribute to the maintenance, installation, configuration, and security of the organization's public/private Cloud environment, platform and application stacks**Key Responsibilities:*** Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.* Providing IT assistance to internal staff and customers* Assisting end-users with hardware functionality and software programs.* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests* Setting up accounts and devices for new users* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary* Testing new technology* Manage a variety of technical issues and provide systems and network support both remotely and on site**Requirements****Minimum Qualifications:*** 3 - 5 years' experience in a Systems Administration or similar IT support role* Technical knowledge of the following: Linux OS, MacOS, Windows Desktop/Server, DNS, LAN/WAN, Endpoint Management, Anti-Malware & security tools, Application Packaging* Experience managing asset and inventory control systems* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong troubleshooting and administration abilities**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics* Advanced knowledge of endpoint maintenance and system security* Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills* AWS, Azure or Google cloud exposure is beneficial
