Summary:
Enables self-service of BT product teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more platforms per the articulated needs of products it supports. Takes ownership of and is accountable for a portfolio of products, features, components, or solutions in a team leadership role and associated performance metrics. Engage directly with customers to ensure delivery of a high-quality, robust, and scalable product on a regular basis.
ResponsibilitiesOwns people management responsibilities for 2-6 business analystsOwns the development and delivery of one or multiple high complexity platforms in line with technical or business needsManages key relationships with BT stakeholders and translates needs and vision of product teams into platform requirementsCreates and maintains the backlog with inputs from stakeholders and the teamResearches and analyzes industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to platform(s)Understands, defines, and communicates prioritization of features with a mind toward business value and tradeoffsWeighs risks, issues, and impediments being experienced by Platform team(s) and actively assists with issue resolutionInspects platform progress throughout the sprint & is empowered to make critical decisions and accept work completed by the teamSolves escalated issues and directly contributes to problem resolution. Acts as a coach during conflict management and leverages crisis management techniques.Responsible and accountable for a portfolio of products, features, components, or solutions in a team leadership role and associated performance metrics.Mandatory Experience
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent8+ years experience as a Platform Owner , Developer or similar technical roles with 5+ years of experience in an agile environment Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworksProven experience managing design and delivery of highly technical and complex large-scale platformsSound knowledge of emerging technologies focusing on cloud products, SaaS platforms, or Enterprise ApplicationsPreferred Experience
OTCS(OpenText Content Server), OTAS (OpenText Archive Server), OTDS(OpenText Directory Services), OCC(OpenText Capture Center), Enterprise Scan, Kofax VRSDocument Pipeline, StreamServe/ Opentext Exstream/OpenText CCMExtensive experience with OpenText Media Management (OTMM)Experience with OTMM latest version 23.xExperience working with cross-functional teams, preferably Finance, Sales and MarketingProgramming Language React, Java, Springboot, APIs, AWS or GCP Serverless, containersCompetencies
