About the role:

The Implementation Project Manager will work with onboarding new enterprise clients to ensure the successful implementation of our payment, billing and utility expense management software services. To be successful in the role the Implementation Project Manager should have an expert level of knowledge in both project management methodologies and is adept at quickly analyzing and identifying client business needs. As an Implementation Project Manager, you own everything related to the successful implementation of all Zego solutions and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Our project managers possess a deep understanding of the client's business goals and develop strong rapport to effectively create and execute onboarding project plans. As a member of the Professional Services team, you are the first point of contact in our clients' post-sales experience and are responsible for ensuring an above average level of satisfaction with the onboarding process. Along with managing successful Enterprise implementation projects, the Implementation Project Manager will meet both team and personal goals as defined by the Professional Services Manager.

Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of onboarding an enterprise client - from developing and executing the Project Plan, Project Scope and Project Timeline to managing Project Team and Project StakeholdersPlan and lead weekly video-based project meetings as well as ensure technical data requirements, milestones, escalating risk and providing project status updates are delivered accurately and on-timeProvide multi-faced project management both to customers and internal teams, including resolving problems, explaining products and services, training on use of software, configuration of software, troubleshootingCommunicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical roles in Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer SuccessTake initiative to support and add value to adjacent teams as a product and process expertIdentify and lead Onboarding and cross-team initiatives that will improve the client experience, increase retention, increase efficiency, and/or decrease costs; communicate initiatives cross-teams internallyDrive process improvements to streamline work and provide a higher value to our customersInspire team with drive and motivation needed to proactively meet commitmentsManage project scope as agreed with the client and ensure that the project plan is fully executed on time and within scopeCreate and maintain required project artifacts including project schedule, requirement documents and progress reportsLiaise with the sales team during the Sale-to-Services transition and lead the Services-to-Support transitionEffectively communicate project expectations and progress to our clients, team members and the executive team in a clear and timely mannerEnsure compliance with Zego specifications and applicable regulatory bodiesFollow the established policies, procedures and workflows outlined for successful implementationContinually strive to improve project management processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvementEmbrace change while promoting the Zego culture and spirit of teamworkDemonstrate an increasing level of expertise of Zego products and partner integrationsContribute to ongoing internal content creation, documentation and auditsStay informed and understand development release notes and how platform updates will impact product set-upSkills & RequirementsAbout you:

3+ years of proven enterprise project management experiencePrior experience at a SaaS or tech company is requiredObsessed with accuracy, effective communication, and customer experienceHighly engaging with clients through video-based communication (Zoom or Google Meet)Familiarity with CRM, project management, support & ticketing software systems (Salesforce, Krow, JIRA, Google Docs, & Microsoft Office)Possess strong technical aptitudeAbility to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and strong customer orientationDetail-oriented with a positive and inquisitive attitudeAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholdersBonus points if you have:

Bachelors degree highly preferredZego, industry & client knowledge a plusPMP certification a plus

Qualifications
