Capacity managementPlan, coordinate, and execute Windows OS and firmware maintenance.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Training/certification is a plus.Participate & run recovery drills once every quarter and restore it back to the production site which will include building backup server and restoring data.Report any hardware issue; coordinate any support/hardware issues.Run capacity planning report to understand the growth and make sure additional hardware is requested on time.
