Job Description:
IT Delivery Manager - Supply Chain Planning
Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction for the IT delivery of Supply Chain Planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Manage end-to-end delivery processes, from project initiation to successful implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.Collaborate with business stakeholders, Supply Chain leaders, and IT teams to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and define project scopes.Develop and execute strategic plans for IT delivery in the Supply Chain Planning domain, incorporating best practices and industry standards.Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to achieve project objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues impacting the delivery of Supply Chain Planning solutions.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT delivery team.Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements in all Supply Chain Planning initiatives.Qualifications:

Formal Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience:
8+ years of IT experience with a focus on Supply Chain Planning.5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management.Proven track record of successfully delivering IT solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes.Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts, methodologies, and technologies.Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems and Supply Chain Planning software.Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in Supply Chain Planning.Technical/Skill Requirements:
Exceptional project management and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT delivery processes and a focus on optimizing Supply Chain Planning initiatives.
