Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildings throughout the US, including 4 World Trade Center, the Bank of America Tower and the Marriott Marquis in New York, Cowboys Stadium in Dallas and the Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas.**Warehouse Data & Program Specialist******Mobility is the goal****Warehouse data and program/process specialist has the objective to ensure optimal SAP skills set focusing on warehouse operations. This position will be the process owner for the ECH IT redesign work package implementation which is part of One ECH project.* Grant discipline and harmonization of processes and overall routines of Warehousing with all parties involved (vendors, internal and externa team, etc.), such as Goods Receipt, Storage, Housekeeping, General Organization, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Goods Issue, Stock Count, etc. to keep the Warehousing Operation running properly across the board.* Develop and maintain Warehousing process documentations (SOPs) that will be used as reference, training documents, etc.* Ensure that all MM day-to-day operation at York facility are operating efficiently, compliant with system processes and respective Warehousing routines defined, constantly monitoring local operation excellence and suggesting improvement areas.* Identify risks in Warehousing Area (processes and system) and act to mitigate them;* Present analyses, solutions and business cases to management;* Design, develop and implement processes, digitalization, BI solutions and/or special projects related to Warehousing area to achieve organization goals;* Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements;* Take part in strategic cross functional meeting to further enhance York facility capabilities.* Assist in making business decisions relating to Warehousing processes implementation, modification, maintenance, etc.;* Track and communicate status of Warehousing projects such as ECH IT redesign work package ;* Extract, analyze and report periodic KPIs related to warehouse management with respective actions to grant that the agreed and stablished targets are being reached.****Mobility needs you***** *Graduation in Business Administration and/or Engineering is mandatory. Post-Graduation in Supply-Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is desirable. MBA is Data Science & Analytics is desirable.** *Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills are required for the role. Strong leadership, discipline, organization and communication skills are also required.
