What you'll be doing in this role:

You'll have an opportunity to join the front lines of a rapidly growing company and be an early critical member of our team. You'll also be able to impact the history of the company as we embark on a transformative journey with you as a main contributor.

In this role you'll be a key technician for our MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector of our business. You'll provide outsourced IT to small businesses focusing on cyber security, data loss prevention, Microsoft/Google Suite efficiency, system monitoring & patching, and more. You'll also act as their remote help desk and occasional on-site technician helping resolve all IT questions and issues.

Critical responsibilities include:

Navigate conflict and empathize when a customer is frustrated with their technologyMaintain a positive professional attitude with all customers at all timesProvide excellent white glove service with every interactionRespond with urgency to needs of our small business clientsFollow up and follow through with key points and updates when we are resolving a more complex issueAct on behalf of the client's business when troubleshooting third party software issuesAssist with MSP marketing efforts and secure new clientsDaily management of 10+ small business client needsAdditional technician responsibilities include:

Consult with customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site at their business or residence to provide solutions that best fit their needsPC Hardware and software fault isolation and repairPerform data recovery and loss preventionUpgrade and install softwareManage virus protection and Spyware/Adware removalEnhance security solutions for home and small business technologyPerform Network installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)Deliver one-on-one trainingManage a daily workload of service ticketsThe ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

2 years minimum experience providing technical supportProfessional, high energy, customer-oriented work ethicOffice suite; Word, Excel, & PowerPoint & OutlookIn depth knowledge of Windows OS (Win 7, 8, 10, 11)Mac and Apple experienceStrong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repairPC imaging and configurationRouters, TCP/IP, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devicesProficiency with peer-to-peer and client/server network configuration and troubleshootingSpyware / adware removal tools / antivirus programsTeaching with patience and to those with less knowledge on a complex subjectValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhy You'll Love it Here:

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
