We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Application Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, demonstrating our products, and problem-solving for customer issues. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, extensive experience in customer service, and a proven track record of sales-oriented problem-solving. In this role, you will be part of a highly successful and innovative team with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers. You will be expected to demonstrate our products, provide technical support and solutions, and suggest improvements to our products. You will also need to identify customer needs and develop strategies to address them. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to customers.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customers.Demonstrate our products to customers.Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products.Identify customer needs and develop strategies to address those needs.Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.Develop and maintain relationships with customers.Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Generate sales leads through customer interactions.Keep up to date on the latest industry technologies.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong sales-oriented problem-solving abilities.Ability to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products.Ability to think strategically and plan accordingly.Adaptability and flexibility.Excellent customer service skills.
