Job Description:
Cluster maintenance and administration experience on OpenShift and Kubernetes
Manage the container platform ecosystem installation, upgrade, patching, logging and monitoring.
Good understating of networking fundamentals, SDN, cluster and resource management including security implementation.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and produce reports for critical issues.
Ensure the availability of OpenShift clusters.
Strong Knowledge & Experience in RHEL Linux
Scripting (Bash and YAML)
Participates as part of a technical team responsible for the overall support and management of the Kubernetes/OpenShift Container Platform
Good working knowledge of EFK, Prometheus Grafana, HAP Roxy and OpenShift operators, Public/Private Image Registry
Preparing high- and low-level designs and solutioning where required.
Ready to work on shift and on call Rota.
Knowledge / Experience of managing multi-Kubernetes cluster and security.
Able to provide RCA for any Major Incident
Ready to work on P1 / P2 incidents, RCA for Major incidents/Problem ticket.
Automation of day-to-day activity and creating SOP
Able to work on Planned/emergency Change approval and Change implementation.
Prepare the reports for weekly and monthly.
Certifications (Good to have):
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration 4.x
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
Certifications (Added Advantage):
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Secondary skills- Docker, Ansible or Terraform
