Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for observing, analyzing, and improving internal procedures in such a way that saves time and/or decreases the margin for error. The Business Systems Analyst will support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various solutions developed for our clients and internal initiatives. The successful candidate will become a key member of our growing team.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesUnderstanding of all Information Systems used by Payright, which includes but is not limited to: Payroll, Time & Attendance, HCM and CRM softwareAbility to design, implement, and train internal personnel on any new procedures for the above Information SystemsJavascript, HTML, and CSS knowledge, as well as the ability to adapt to any other languages that may become relevantDatabase knowledge sufficient for constructing complex queries in SQL or similarAbility to work independently and identify opportunities for procedural improvement, while balancing requests from internal personnelAbility to deliver quality work in a timely fashion.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in an agile development environment and take a proactive approach to completing work.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Curious and driven - these are key for troubleshooting and problem-solving.Thorough, organized, and innovative.Kronos Workforce Ready experience is a plus.Power BI exposure is a plus.Salesforce exposure is a plusEssential Functions

Initiate and drive projects that will improve current proceduresTrain relevant internal personnel on any new proceduresMaintain advanced knowledge of all Information Systems used by PayrightWork with Operations to identify opportunities for improvementWork with Management on developing additional services to offer clientsCreate new or customize existing reports in the payroll software as neededCreate quality solutions using Javascript/jQuery, HTML, PHP, CSS, Google Drive, etc.Developing and creating API conections and toolsWork closely with team members and users to problem solve issues as they ariseEducation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office softwareExperience with cloud-based softwareBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalentCertification as an FPC is a plus
